        Shipping cost: Calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

      • Expedited Shipping:
        Estimated delivery time: 2-3 business days
        Shipping cost: Calculated at checkout. This method is available for orders that require faster delivery.

      • Next-Day Shipping:
        Estimated delivery time: 1 business day (available for orders placed before 1:00 PM PST)
        Shipping cost: Calculated at checkout. This option is only available in certain locations.

      • Free Shipping:
        We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $100 within the U.S. (terms and conditions apply). This will be automatically applied at checkout if you meet the required minimum.


2. Processing Time

      • Order Processing:
        All orders are processed within 1-2 business days from the time of order placement. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

      • Order Confirmation:
        After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email with the details of your purchase. This is not an acceptance of your order but a confirmation that we’ve received it. We will send a second email once your order has shipped, which will include tracking information.

      • Delays in Processing:
        In the event of high order volume, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances (such as product restocking), there may be a slight delay in processing. If there are any delays, we will notify you promptly and provide an updated shipping timeline.


3. Delivery Times

      • Domestic U.S. Orders:

        • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time of 5-7 business days from the shipping date.
        • Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery time of 2-3 business days from the shipping date.
        • Next-Day Shipping: Delivered the next business day if the order is placed before 1:00 PM PST.
      • International Orders:
        We currently only ship within the United States. We are exploring international shipping options, and we may expand this service in the future.

      • Shipping Delays:
        While we make every effort to ensure timely deliveries, please note that delivery times are estimates and can vary due to factors such as weather, carrier delays, or holidays. Once your order has shipped, we are unable to control delivery times, but we will work with you and the carrier to resolve any issues.


4. Shipping Charges

      • Shipping Fees:
        Shipping fees are calculated during checkout based on your delivery address, the shipping method you choose, and the weight and size of your order.

      • Free Shipping:
        As mentioned earlier, we offer free standard shipping on all orders over $100 within the U.S. This offer does not apply to expedited or next-day shipping.

      • Additional Charges:
        Certain locations may incur additional shipping charges based on delivery area and size of the package. If this applies to your order, we will notify you before processing your payment.


5. Shipping Restrictions

      • P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses:
        We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses. Please provide a physical address for shipping.

      • International Shipping:
        At this time, we are only shipping to locations within the United States. We do not ship internationally, but we are working on expanding our shipping options.

      • Address Accuracy:
        Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. If you notice any errors after placing your order, please contact us immediately at info@silverhato.com. We are not responsible for shipping delays or errors caused by inaccurate address details.


6. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can track your shipment directly through the carrier’s website (e.g., UPS, FedEx, USPS). 7. Shipping Issues

      • Lost or Stolen Packages:
        We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been delivered. However, we do recommend tracking your order to ensure it reaches you. If a package is lost or stolen, please contact the carrier directly for resolution.

      • Damaged or Defective Products:
        If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. We will provide a replacement or refund, depending on the nature of the damage or defect. Please keep all packaging materials for inspection by the carrier.

      • Carrier Delays:
        Shipping times are provided by the carrier, and we cannot guarantee delivery dates. In the event of unexpected carrier delays, we will notify you and work to resolve any issues.
